First make sure you have created a group. Then go to that group under the teams section of your home page. To invite a new member, go to the "Members" tab and select "Invite someone to this group". Enter the email and click "Invite" to finish the process.
Note: Make sure you have the correct email when you are inviting someone to a group. It will need to be the email associated with their Cc account.
